As your instructor, Sensei Christina, a 5th-degree black belt, creates a safe and encouraging environment where you can get in shape, learn self-defense and develop confidence and discipline. The colored-belt system gives you tiered, attainable goals to work towards, allowing you to see your own progress and giving you a sense of true accomplishment.
